Once framing is up and rough-ins are set, the cost of moving a wall, adding a window, or relocating a vanity climbs fast. We come in alongside your builder or architect, review the plans, and flag the decisions that are hard to undo — traffic flow, storage, lighting layers, and where the furniture is actually going to sit.
