How Airbnb design pricing works
We don't publish a single flat number, because a two-bedroom condo refresh and a five-bedroom lake house furnished from empty are not the same project. Here is how quoting actually works. Strategy calls are a flat fee, and that fee is credited toward a design engagement if you move forward. Virtual Airbnb design is priced per room, so you can start with the spaces that carry the listing photos and add rooms later. Full-service design and install is quoted as a project fee after the discovery call, based on square footage, room count, and how much procurement and project management we're handling. Furnishings are a separate budget you control. We build that budget backward from your target nightly rate and the finish level your comps support, then show you where spending more actually returns and where it doesn't.
